Very unimpressed with the manager's attitude to customer service. I bought a kite there today as a present for my nephew, and after discussing the purchase with my brother by phone after leaving the shop, decided it would be better to choose a different one. So returned to shop 5 minutes later and selected a different one - which turned out to be cheaper - but they refused to give me a refund for the difference in price (they offered me a store credit instead). OK, so they are not legally obliged to offer a refund if the item isn't faulty (although, funnily enough, they *are* legally obliged to do so if you order from their website), but it doesn't say much for their attitude to customers. I left feeling I'd been robbed, and that they clearly are only interested in getting my money - once they've got that, they don't give a damn about customer satisfaction. I won't be going back there again. The difference in price was only a few quid, but clearly they felt they would rather keep my few quid and loose me as a future customer. (2/5)

I ordered a Maserati GT model of a particular manufacturer on the 11th November, but got sent the wrong one. I was told to return it by post and that postage would be refunded to my card and the correct car resent. After returning the incorrect car, I have emailed the company countless times and got only 1 reply, that the car was out of stock and they are waiting on it from the supplier. No eta was projected, and neither was postage fees refunded. After 2 months, I decided to get my order cancelled as Christmas was over and it was meant as a gift! My original payment was refunded but not my RETURN POSTAGE that I incurred for their picking error. They have avoided the issue despite countless follow up emails and a phonecall with no solution being offered to me. It is now more than a 100 days since my order and I have no car and no RETURN POSTAGE refunded as promised in writing. I offered them a solution of sending me the car and charging me the difference but they have chosen to just turn a blind eye to my emails. They have also blocked me from their Facebook page as I was alerting people to my situation. Appalling customer service from the Director Iain Reid himself and poor company integrity. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. (1/5)
