It is an excellent supermarket. Extremely clean and the staff are very helpful. Easily the best supermarket in Edinburgh. (5/5)

Having shopped in all the main supermarkets I find waitrose to be the best in service, quality and in truth spend no more than I did in the other well know supermarkets for an average weekly shop. First Class and well stocked! (5/5)

A fantastic range of products. Staff very helpful and pleasant. It's very much geared to customer services in the same way John Lewis stores are. I loved the home delivery service they have. (4/5)

A very good supermarket. Great products, very clean and exceptionally helpful staff. Only slight minus is the comparative cost of popular items compared to other supermarkets. (4/5)
