Having spent a considerable amount of money on an item I was told that no one could tell me the actual delivery date nor would anyone take any contact details to ask me first if the known delivery date would be suitable. Despite specific written instructions UPS would not leave the parcel with a neighbour. There will be no one available at the delivery address and UPS won't allow me to collect it! Nor will they give me the telephone number of the local depot to arrange a collection today! So what is to happen now? I've just been told that if still undelivered on the third attempt (remember no one will be here and they won't do what I ask and leave it with my neighbour) my parcel will be sent back to the vendor, I will be refunded and I will have to buy the item again! Have you ever heard such nonsense!? (2/5)

I am the 81 year old disabled resident of 13 East Claremont Street with a Disabled Space on the road in front of my flat. Today the driver of YG13VCV parked in my space to make a delivery. I was unable to park so parked on a crossing with a double yellow line and waited. He was totally unrepentant and told me it was only a courtesy it was marked. I consider his attitude disgraceful and does not reflect well on your Company (1/5)

This is the first time I have used a courier service and I made slight mistakes and on calling customer service had them rectified. Customer service personnel were A1 with attitude and helpfulness and the call to say the driver would be late (which as it turned out he wasnt) was excellent. Now I hope the service continues for the item to reach its destination. The online booking was easy, instructions clear - thank you. S Shaw (5/5)
