We recently purchase flooring from these guys that has proveded faulty with the floor delaminating all over the place. These guys came out and offered to replace the boards that were delaminated (34 boards). We stated faulty batch want whole floor replaced. The declined. They came back 6 weeks later and another 22 instances of delamination - they still want to replace the damaged boards only - they can't see that the floor continues to flake therefore sticking a plaster over a gaping wound. Court is the only way forward for us. Hate giving negative reviews but would also hate anyone else to waste their hard earned cash with this company. (1/5)
