From the moment I moved in there has been constant problems with the maintenance of the flat. The fact it was advertised as a furnished flat and it took over 10 days to get any curtains in the flat is terrible. Then I was lied to by the manager saying that it was council tax band B when it was actually C (£200 more expensive). Don't use this agency!! There are plenty more in Edinburgh and these people are cowboys. (1/5)
