I'm a local edinburgh business man that is a middle age man of 42 years who has been told that I can't buy alcohol without my passport or drivers licence because I look younger than 25 years by one if your staff members called Roy who was backed up by one of his superiors Dot and then was told by Daniel that he has to support his staff members judgement which I found extremely misjudged. I shop at the St. Andrews square sainsburys on a regular basis because I live locally but I can't see myself doing so anymore because there was no apology offered to me for Roy's mistake or allowing me to purchase my shopping of gin at 9:40 pm which made me feel and look like an idiot who is a minor. Thank you Roy for your terribly service and treatment (1/5)
