I would disagree with Gary. I found the staff on the phone most helpful and patient and polite. It may say more about Gary McGee than the consulate! (How well does he 'understand people, I wonder?) I spoke to one girl on the phone who had a very good grasp of English and helped me with my enquiries. (4/5)
