A very poor servce. Parcelforce tried to deliver a parcel when I was at work. I have just discovered through the tracking system that they have left the parcel at an unnamed Post Office. They haven't left me a card to say where my parcel is so how do they expect me to collect it. This is not the first time I've had problems with Parcel Force. Would I recommend their services - not on your life! (2/5)
