Bought a coat for £119 which is a big expense for me. I loved the colour and fabric but when I tried it on again at home I realised I'm not really happy with the cut. To my horror I realised that I can't get a refund like people get in normal shops. Not I'm stuck with a coat I don't really like. They only offered a credit note but I need the money back to buy a coat somewhere else. So be warned - they only want your money but never allow you to change your mind as any other company does! (2/5)
