Experience is fairly basic - sit outdoors at benches and use plastic cutlery - but food is good: cheap, tasty, plentiful, and nourishing. Plateful of food for £3.50, chosen from veggie & meat curries plus rice & salad. Much frequented by students and staff of Edinburgh University. Opens lunchtime (with 15 min break on Friday for lunchtime prayers), closes around 7pm. (4/5)
