I have had to report this company to trading standards as they willing took money to arrange a 50th birthday treat makeover photoshoot then to my horror and without even the decency to contact me had actually made no plans at all...only found out there scam after countless phone calls made by myself to try and contact them to confirm. I am now not only out of pocket, have travelled from London for a Birthday treat with nothing at all to show for it and left with nothing with less than 24 hours to the planned "Big Day". Furious at the way that this company can treat an honest family looking for a once in a life time treat which has turned into nothing more than a endless nightmare. Please do not allow this company to waste any of your plans or your money as they have our memories. Fortunately Trading standards are taking on the case and I do hope to recover some of the costs, however my mothers 50th has not turned out the wonderful dream that we had pictured and that they had promised to deliver!
