The receptionist( is as always awkward to bypass) at times I've found them rude and condescending, however if the problem is of imminent importance- they take you seriously!( most gp receptionist are like this, I have found!). Having said that, I would think this is a good GPS surgery to attend( after all, the receptionist is only that,) (4/5)
