This is a very friendly, unintimidating bike shop. They provide an excellent and fast repair service. It's so refreshing to get proper customer service and a decent price. (5/5)

I have found the staff at Leith Cycle Co extremely helpful. My bike has been serviced a couple of times and I have been in for various bits and bobs and never had a problem. The team are always really keen to help with anything they can, I think it's the friendliest bike shop in Edinburgh. (4/5)

Found them a bit slow and unreliable. Never heard back regarding my bike and had to phone myself - 2 days later than they said it would be. It's cheap and friendly but i could probably do a better job myself. (2/5)

Staff friendly and personable but the standard of work is absysmal. Have used them 3 or 4 times for a servie or repair and the last time my bike came out worse then when it went in. The result was a potentially dangerous gear and chain entanglement. (2/5)
