We had well and truly outgrown our lovely little farm cottage and thought we were going to have to move house, as the layout of the rear of the house and the drop to the back garden didn’t seem to lend itself to an extension. However, Gavin Jefcoate came up with a practical and imaginative solution which took into account the needs of our family and our budget whilst making the most of the glorious views from our garden which previously couldn’t be fully appreciated from inside the house. Gavin was easy to work with, and rolled his sleeves up and got stuck in more than one occasion to help move things along. We now have the most amazing extension to our house which has had such a positive effect on our family life. The only way we would move now is if we were unexpectedly able to afford to do a new build, for which we would most definitely employ Jefcoate Anderson Architects. (5/5)

We employed Jefcoate Anderson Architects Ltd to design a loft conversion and 2 story extension to our property. We are very happy with both the quality and cost of the work.
