Quite efficient service.The consulate is open only in the morning, as all other Consulates though. Always been quite helpful on the phone. Stefano (4/5)

I feel that it would be convenient to the public if the consulate were open one afternoon per week as not everyone is able to visit on the times which are available at present. Also, I have found phoning is a nightmare as a have phoned several times and have been told, by an aswering machine, to call back later. This is so frustrating.Perhaps a review of these practices would be in oeder. Thank you kindly for your attention. Margaret Boccoli (2/5)
