Since I last visited in December of 2008 there has been a significant change in the companies attitude to customers. The staff are very helpful replacing once again another faulty pair of headphones. They swapped my faulty headphones over immediately without any questions (didnt even test them). First rate service. Would recommend! (5/5)

Completely agree with the previous comment. Encountered snobbish attitude when shopping for Christmas present - somewhat surprising given their stock is no better than middle of the road. Will look elsewhere in future, (2/5)

Poor customer service with low value items, a snobbish attitude towards hardware and overly exotic prices. Recommend if you want to be fleesed and like to be considered a fool by salesmen. (2/5)
