How honest was this garage. Went in with a nail in my tyre and after they inspected it they advise it was just the head of the nail stuck in the tread and there was no damage to tyre at all. (5/5)

I went to farmers in corstorphine who told me to go to blackhall which i did as my car would have to be connected to a computer. I was there for about 25 minutes and during that time they put oil in my car 3 liters and then told me i had to pay £18 for the oil. At no point did the sales guy ask me if i wanted him to put oil in my car. I actually didnt have any money i only wanted them to look at my car. I had to phone my mum to get her to pay for the oil which i didnt even ask the guy to out in my car. I am disgusted that he never even asked me before doing anything to my car am i n ot correct in thinking that you do not have the right to do this i will not be using you again. (2/5)
