Although the manager seemed OK when quoting for the job, the workmen did a very shoddy job (two valley gutter replacements and rain gutter repairs). Had to get them back out not once but twice to fix really basic problems such as bent metalwork, sealant applied on top of moss and debris in the gutter and slipped slates caused by them. Workmen could barely communicate and didn't follow even the simplest instructions. Only found out about the poor job they did because I went up the scaffolding to have a look. I guess they thought I wouldn't bother checking - which most people probably wouldn't. Would never use these guys again. Since their work, have had to get another company in to fix the mess they left. Reviews I have posted of them on other sites (e.g., Thompson Local) have been removed - clearly this company are aggressive about having negative reviews removed. That tells you all you need to know about them. (1/5)
