This agency claims it has interests of Landlords at heart of everything they do, and it is certainly true, without regard for interests or legal rights of tenants. They never fixed anything right the first time - hot water tap thet could not be closed, leaking boiler, left apartment wet for weeks after flood caused by broken pipe in the street (walls were wet on the inside and outside of the building), when as a consequence mold developed behind the tiles in the bathroom they did not fix it for nearly a month (we could not use the shower) afterwards they tried to blame us for it. Backed-off when we threatened with the court. At this point we felt bullied out and decided to move. Previously they tried to get 50 quid from us by falsely accusing my husband of subletting property to his wife, failed to provide landlords adress twice, did so only when we notifyed them it is against the law (Criminal offence punishable by up to 2,500 fine). Lastly, ordered cleaning of clean apartment (invoice does not match the exit inspection, and their own photos show the flat is clean) and witheld some deposit. (1/5)
