We were using this service to purchase a buy to let. Took a while to get a face to face conversation but when we did the guy was pleasant and seemed interested. However on completion of purchase we found problems with the flat which we reported in the said 7 days after purchase. This report was met with total indifference and no attempt whatsoever was made to follow up. We ended up out of pocket. Seemed that as soon as we had paid him our fee we were written off. Also a very cross and abrupt receptionist despite my attempts at friendly and cheerful conversation. Would not recommend. (2/5)
