Arrived on time had a perfect service, the packing was fast and very well done and the move went smoothly with no damages and everything moved to the right room following our instructions.Very friendly and helpful movers. I’ll certainly try to book their services again for any future moves I make. (5/5)

I phoned Budget Removals to ask them to come to my house to give me a quote. They said they would pay by the hour and asked for a list of my belongings. When they arrived on the moving day, they told me that I had more than average for a 2 bedroom flat and would need to go and get a bigger van. I certainly don't have much furniture, and thought this was very strange. The two men said they would be back in 15 minutes - they never came back. I was left with all my furniture trying to find another company who would help last minute. I tried phoning budget but they didn't answer their phone. I would never ever use this company. Very unprofessional, and just a couple of cowboys. (1/5)
