I moved in to a flat in 2004 and left in 2010, it was a lovely two bed flat in the city center. During that time i had a couple of things go wrong but things were dealt speadily and no ones fault. I would happily recomend them to any one. Sadly now i am in london and the service is not great (4/5)

We recently moved to Edinburgh from USA. We didn't have recommendations about any letting agent, so just went by what we saw on the internet and fell prey to Broughton Property. very bad service. When we viewed the flat they told us they are one of the best in Edinburgh and any problem we have with the flat it will be promptly resolved. It's been 3 months since we moved into their property and we are still struggling with the maintenance issues within the flat. The phone calls except if it's rent payment always end up on a voice mail and you hardly ever receive a call back. emails get an automated reply promptly but then that's the end. it took them a month to replace the dirty mattresses, 2 months to replace the fridge. The dishwasher leaks but no response on that. The lights keep flickering but the electrician is yet to be seen! would not recommend them to anybody moving to this city (2/5)
