I have used Boots opticians for a long time now and have always found the service to be efficient and all the staff have been very friendly and helpful. (5/5)

Can't fault the service from the Princes Street Boots opticians. Always have my contact lens order ready on time, staff are very friendly and show common sense in all dealings. Fixed my glasses free of charge once as they knew me as a regular customer and even gave me a pack of contact lenses free once when the order had been delayed to apologise. Will always use them... (4/5)
