I had Backlee Electrical install downlighters throughout my property in Marchmont and was delighted with the overall finish. The job was completed on time and I'd have barely have known a workman had been in the house as they cleaned and vacuumed after themselves. The price I paid for the work was certainly a bargain having received no less than 3 other quotes. Recommend to all whom are looking for an electrician. (5/5)

Fantastic service and price. If you're looking for an electrician in Edinburgh then call this company. Fitted downlighters for us and gave us brilliant advice and a top, top job and we're delighted with the result. Oh - and £220 CHEAPER lol! (5/5)

Kevin McCabe, the owner of this 'business' agreed to PAT test my 'buy to let' flat the day after I called him. I stupidly posted a cheque. he cashed it, never did the work, and doesn't answer the phone unless you trick him by phoning from un unrecognised number. He has promised and failed to return my money. Also I contacted two of the companies he lists as clients. Neither will use him again because he doesn't turn up. Beware! Do not use him. (1/5)

Can't praise Kevin at Backlee Electrical highly enough. The work was completed with little fuss and far quicker than anticipated. I'd be delighted to recommend them to others. (5/5)
