I have used 5 for excellent because as a customer who has been at the receiving end of a few courier deliveries not all good this delivery driver went out of his way to deliver my parcel and I am delighted with the service and feel quite justified in scoring them 5. (5/5)

A lifetime in business has taught me to be very wary the claims of continued excellent customer service from company representatives, so much so that we have never until now attached our hard won name to any testimonial for any business other than our own. This small (part of a larger)organisation based off Broughton Road / Bonnington Road in Edinburgh is in our opinion exceptional in it's customer focus. I agreed to try them against the opposition for one month and the deal was that I would tell them exactly how I felt after one month. We have used them exclusively ever since (and that was over thirteen months ago). From the top down I can honestly say that the 'team' who operate this business are indeed 'exceptionally customer focused', and I would recommend them to any company, small or large, who care about the standards of service they themselves offer to their customers. I am not involved with their business in any way other than as an satisfied customer. (5/5)
