Excellent optometrists who are also really pleasant and helpful. A very thorough eye check for me and my two children, all tailored to our needs. Lots of frames to choose from too. (4/5)

Please be aware of this vendor. Since a takeover by Duncan and Todd customer service had suffered. Staff breaks are more important than the customer and there appears no leadership from the top. Recently this company have been reported to the British optometrist Association for discrimination. Disabled people are treated badly. I myself am disabled and was called and verbally abused by Joe. I was one of Queen a Streets first customers and now it's been bought over. Too big too quick forgetting the customer !!!!!!!! I won't be back therefore please be aware!!!!!!!!! (2/5)
